FAMILY TUITION PLAN
The Family Tuition Plan, provided through a partnership between the Embracing Our Future campaign and the Mississippi Valley STO, provides assistance to more than 30% of current Assumption students. It is particularly helpful to low and middle income families with tuition expense at both the elementary and high school levels. Applications should be accomapnied by your 2015 Iowa 1040 Tax Return, as well as your Schedule C, E, and/or F if you show income on lines 5, 10, or 11 of your Iowa 1040. To receive full funding, applications must be postmarked by June 30, 2016. Unsure of which tax forms to send in with your application?
