Thursday 1/24: Rehearse: “Rakut” from Five Hebrew Love Songs (reviewing notes and rhythms of first two pages), “Eyze Sheleg” from Five Hebrew Love Songs (reviewing all notes and rhythms and working on transition from “Rakut” to “Eyze Sheleg), For the Beauty of the Earth (Senior girls on first verse, review cut offs from yesterday, add dynamics), Music for Mass on 2-1.

Friday 1/25: Sight Singing excerpt, My Song Will Be For You, Forever (checking notes and rhythms, adding solo part, checking bass notes), Last Words of David (check first five pages, notes and rhythms, practice S and A together, then T and B, then SATB), Mass Music, He Never Failed Me Yet (with soloist volunteers, check tenor line – too low?, improvise at vamp measure 55).

Monday 1/28: My Song Will Be For You, Forever (student conductor, practice conducting and cueing, sing through with dynamics and soloists), Mass Music (Volunteers for Psalm and Halle ), He Never Failed Me Yet (Solo Volunteers, auditions, double check cut offs and dynamics).

Tuesday 1/29: For the Beauty of the Earth (Listen: recording, listen for cut offs, how voices “match” not “blend,” sing through with dynamics and cut offs, watch conductor), My Song Will Be For You, Forever (Straight through with a student conductor), Mass Music.

Wednesday 1/30: Warm up: Teach Frog Round (show YouTube?), Rehearse Mass  Music (Opening, Psalm, Alleluia, Offering, Communion, Meditation, Closing), He Never Failed Me Yet.

Thursday 1/31: Same as Wednesday, in Auditorium (?)
