The front office is located near the teachers' entrance on the south side of the building. The offices for the principal, dean of students, director of admissions, principal's secretary, and attendance are all in the front office. Students must check in and out here if they need to leave school for any reason, and visitors check in here as well.
Mrs. Betsy Doyle '81 Shovlain is in her 11th year in the attendance office at AHS. She and her husband, Ray, have two children, Katelyn, a freshman at AHS, and Sean, a 5th grader at JFK. The Shovlains are members of Our Lady of Victory Parish.
