When a student registers at Assumption for the first time, there is a $25 registration fee.
The parish supported tuition rate is based on membership in one of our nine local supporting parishes. Through your tithe, these parishes provide nearly $800,000 of support to our students each year.
In addition, Assumption collects approximately $600,000 annually from private donations and other sources that help to control tuition costs.
If a parish supported family has more than two children attending Assumption during the same school year, the additional children are not charged tuition.
FAMILY TUITION PLAN
This plan, provided through a partnership between the Embracing Our Future campaign and the Mississippi Valley STO, provides assistance to more than 20% of current Assumption students. It is particularly helpful to low income families and middle income families with tuition expense at both the elementary and high school levels. We encourage families who desire to have their children attend
ASSUMPTION STUDENT WORK PROGRAM
All students who qualify for a tuition grant through the Family Tuition Plan may also be given the opportunity to contribute to their education through the Assumption Student Work Program. Further information will be provided to successful tuition grant recipients.

COVERDELL EDUCATION SAVINGS ACCOUNT
A Coverdell ESA may help you pay tuition for your children enrolled in Catholic schools. A Coverdell trust or custodial account is created at a bank or other IRS approved entity for the purpose of paying qualified education expenses. These education expenses may be incurred at an eligible elementary or secondary (high) school. They may also be incurred at an eligible postsecondary school. Education expenses may include tuition, books, supplies, uniforms, transportation and computer equipment.
Contributions to a Coverdell ESA are non-deductible, but withdrawals are non-taxable including the non-taxed earnings. You may want to speak to your tax professional to see if a Coverdell ESA is appropriate for you.
