Please join us for the National Honor Society Induction Ceremony on Wednesday, October 11th at 7 p.m. in the Sunderbruch Auditorium. It will be our great pleasure to welcome the new junior and senior members to the Society – as well as celebrate our returning senior members. Students should arrive at 6:30 p.m. and proceed to the gymnasium for instructions. Students are encouraged to wear modest “business casual” attire. School uniforms are also quite acceptable!
The purpose of the St. Pius XII National Honor Society is to create enthusiasm for scholarship, stimulate a desire to render service, promote leadership, and develop character in students. After a review of the potential candidates based on the above criterion, new members are selected by the National Honor Society Faculty Council. Inductees are encouraged to serve their community by offering academic assistance through peer tutorials, as well as engaging in a group service project.
