Scott County Catholic Schools is currently seeking a dynamic, strategic, and mission-focused Director of Human Resources to serve as a collaborative member of the leadership team. Reporting to the President, the Director of Human Resources will plan, lead, direct, develop and coordinate the policies and strategies of SCCS, while ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission.  Strong leadership, communication, organizational skills, and ethical stewardship of organizational resources are essential for success in this role.
