Prom Update Letter and Post Prom Sign-up

Student Council members will be selling tickets during lunches until Friday May 3rd for $40 per person in order to provide everyone the opportunity to attend.

If your student would like to bring a guest from another school, they need to see Mr. Frieden for the proper dance guest permission form.  Please choose your attire with a standard of modesty in mind.  Any students who need assistance with acquiring appropriate attire or with purchasing a ticket should see Mrs. Murphy or Mr. Frieden, as there are means in place to make sure that financial barriers do not prevent any student from attending this fun event.

 

 

Post Prom Volunteers and Donations – Sign Up Genius

We need your help!

Are you ready for some fun???  We are ready to get you signed up!!

Volunteer workers are needed to run the games, deal the cards and serve the food. Volunteers should plan to arrive by 10:00 PM. Doors open at 10:30 PM, and clean up ends around 2:30 AM.  If you aren’t into the late night thing, we need help with set up on Saturday morning. Extra hands are welcome to drop by any time between 10:00 AM and noon in the large gym. If you have any questions about the evening, or want to volunteer and the slots are full, please contact Rosie Salazar at rosiesalazar1@live.com.

Monthly Teacher Treats – Tuesday, March 26th – Sophomore Parents

It’s time again to show our love and support for the fabulous faculty and staff at AHS! Knight Network is providing teacher treats on Tuesday, March 26th. We are asking for Sophomore parent volunteers. Food donations can be dropped off in the AHS Front Office any time Tuesday morning after 7:00 a.m. If you have a container you would like returned, please remember to label it. Junior Parents – Junior Retreat Desserts – Friday, February 1st

We are looking for donations of desserts for the Junior Retreat on Friday, February 1st. We are asking for Junior parent volunteers. Candy Donations Needed for St. Nick’s Day – Meeting on December 3rd

Knight Network is looking for candy donations to celebrate St. Nick’s Day.  Knight Network will be meeting next Monday, December 3rd to fill the bags, so if you have some candy you would like to donate, please get it in to the Front Office by Monday afternoon. We will be meeting in the Board Room.
