We will be using the mobile units again so they will be outside the gym and check in will be in the aud lobby.
Fall Blood Drive Thank You
The Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center would like to thank the donors of Assumption High School for our recent Blood Drive. Our group provided 59 donations for local hospitals served by MVRBC. Because each whole blood donation can be processed into multiple blood components, our blood drive provided up to 236 products for patients in need.
The MVRBC is very appreciative to all involved with the Blood Drive.
MVRBC – Blood Donations
On September 4, 2018 we held our first Blood Drive of the school year. We provided 31 donations for local hospitals. Each whole blood donation can be processed into multiple blood components, so our blood drive provided up to 124 products for patients in need.
Thank you to all who gave blood to provide lifesaving products to hospitals throughout the region.

Spring Blood Drive – April 25th – Small Gym
Wednesday April 25th from 7:30 am-12:30 pm in the small gym we will hold our last Blood Drive of the year. Our goal is 50 units. All are welcome, please stop in.
Winter Blood Drive Donors – Thank you!
Thank you to all our Winter Blood Drive Donors from Assumption High School! Our group provided 37 donations for local hospitals. With those donations, we were able to provide up to 148 products for patients in need.

If you were a blood donor at the Winter Blood Drive on December 18th, you are eligible for one of three items through the Blood Center. You may redeem at: www.bloodcenter.org/season and use the code: SEASON2017 or call 319-382-0873.

This is available to anyone that has given blood between the dates of November 13-December 31, 2017.
The deadline to redeem is January 7, 2018.
