Ideal Health & Wellness will be on site providing Athletic Physicals during our Registration Day on July 28th between 10am-1pm in the Foods room. Athletic physicals are required to practice or play any sport at Assumption High School. This is a great opportunity to complete it quickly! Cost is $35 cash or check.
Assumption Boys Golf tryouts will be held August 11th at 10:30 am, and August 12th at 11:50 am at Emeis Golf Course. Athletes will play a round of golf each day. Teams will be decided upon and posted on the 2nd day of tryouts at the golf course. Please note these special instructions:
-Be there at least 1 hour early for check in and warm ups.
-Wear golf dress code. No jeans, gym shorts, or t-shirts! Golf polo and golf/dress shorts or pants.
-Bring a water bottle.

AHS Summer Camp/Tryouts will be August 4-August 6th. Time range will be from 5:00-9:00 PM at the AHS Main and Upper Gyms.
An informative meeting will be held on Monday, June 9th, at 6:30 pm in the AHS Cafeteria for students/parents interested in the AHS Girls Basketball team.
Meeting will be scheduled on 5/20 at 6:00pm in the cafeteria. This meeting is for both athletes and parents interested in cross country next season. We will talk about summer lifting and summer training, and also information about the year next season.

Athletes will work in a small group setting on serve and pass technique. Athletes will apply skills in drills and live situations with Coach Sakellaris.
6/18 12:45-2:00pm AHS Main Gym
Athletes will have the opportunity to work through various 6v6 drills with Coach Johnson. This clinic is designed to give continued instruction while keeping athletes active in the gym.
