Dear Parents, Guardians, and Athletes,

I am excited to announce the 3rd year of an empowering opportunity for our 8th-grade student athletes – the 8th Grade Lifting Program! This program is designed to foster physical strength, overall fitness, and a positive mindset for our future athletes. Our goal is to enhance their physical well-being, build confidence, and instill a lifelong appreciation for fitness. This program will introduce students to the fundamentals of strength training in a safe and supervised
environment.

Program Details:
● Dates: Every Tuesday and Thursday

● Duration: March 31st – May 14th
● Time: 6:00 PM – 7:15 PM
● Where: Assumption High School Weight Room
● Cost: Free

Registration:
To enroll your child in this program, please click on the link provided in this section. The link
will take you to a Google Form to complete. Please make sure to register by March 27th for shirt
orders to be made.

Attire: Students should come prepared in comfortable athletic wear and sneakers.
