  • ACT CLUB: Why not build your ACT knowledge, confidence, and understanding a little bit each week instead of cramming right before the test? ACT club takes only twenty minutes, and we finish so early, you won’t even have to miss practice! Testing is timed, and students are assisted in improving their testing speed. When time is up, either Mrs. Smyth, Mrs. Wallace, or Mr. Buchanan is available to answer questions and help students analyze their answers. ACT club meets TUESDAYS from 2:50 to 3:30. It is important to show up to ACT Club as frequently as possible before you take the ACT test.
First Wednesday English/Reading (Mrs. Smyth – E6)
Second Wednesday Math (Ms. Stevenson – A4)
Third Wednesday Science (Mrs. Wallace – S3)
Fourth Wednesday English/Reading (Mrs. Smyth – E6)

Seeking Volunteer Licensed Attorney For Mock Trial Assistance

We are looking for a licensed attorney to assist with our Mock Trial program. We have a school adviser who oversees the program, but we are looking for someone to help offer their expertise in writing statements and arguments for the competitions in March. Dates and times can be flexible to work with the volunteer attorney. If you or anyone you know might have an interest, please contact Bridget Murphy at bridget.murphy@assumptionhigh.org

Thank you!
