Catholic Service Board – Looking for Volunteers

Please consider joining Catholic Service Board.  We are a group of volunteer women who operate Cinderella’s Cellar – a resale store.  All proceeds go the Kahl Home and other charities in our community.  In addition to the store, we also provide time to the residents through social activities such as crafts, bingo, luncheons, cocktail and birthday parties.  For more information please contact Chris Gallin at: chrisgallin@msn.com.  You will meet many new friends while providing a worthy service.

Dr. Rafat Padaria – Cardiologist – Speaking at St. Ambrose – December 4th

Dr. Rafat Padaria is a female cardiologist at Genesis.  She will be speaking at St. Ambrose – Ballroom on Wednesday, December 4th at 5:30 p.m.  She is interested in  seeing more women in her field, and would like to invite female high school students to an evening where they can meet with her and expose themselves to various aspect of Cardiology.

Lunch Accounts – Adding Funds and Checking Balances

Lunch Accounts:  Students must have funds in their lunch accounts in order to make food purchases.  Families interested in applying for free or reduced lunches should contact the Assumption business office for the necessary paperwork.  Funds can be deposited by sending cash or checks to school or via the AHS website.  All parents/guardians are strongly encouraged to create a free ezschoolpay account for their student at www.ezschoolpay.com or down load the app from the app store.  This account will allow you to check lunch account balances and review details of purchases.  Your student’s six-digit ID number (printed on the student schedule received at registration) is required when creating the account.

Educational Trip Meeting – Mr. Seneli – November 12 – 4:30 PM

Mr. Seneli will be holding a meeting regarding a non-school sponsored trip to Costa Rica and Panama. The meeting is to provide information and open enrollment. The trip will take place in June, 2021.  There are limited spots on the tour.  Come hear all the details including the itinirary, activities, academic opportunities and cost of this trip, as well as, the official opening of enrollment.
