Below are the listings for this year’s Clubs and Activity Choices. Getting involved with clubs, activities, the arts are a great way for students to make friends, learn new skills, gain confidence, and “find their place.”

Athletics are another great way for students to make friends, build team bonds, and stay active. Below are the sports seasons and the various sports available to AHS students.
Athletics Opportunities at Assumption for the 2023-2024 School Year

While these are the technical “start dates” of the various sports, there are often “open gyms” where students may go to practice before the season starts. Please make sure to turn in your physical and concussion forms to the Athletics Office prior to the start date of the sport you hope to play.
