St. Philomena Academy Youth Camp
The St. Philomena Academy youth camp will take place August 12-13 at St. Alphonsus Church! All children in the Quad Cities and surrounding areas from 6th through 12th grade are invited to attend. We’re looking for volunteers, chaperones, and donors to sponsor meals and desserts for the kids. Bush, Motto, Creen, Koury, & Halligan PLC is currently hiring for part-time work.
The work will be to organize and then scan several boxes of documents. Days are flexible. 1-3 hours per day with the best time of day being between 3pm-5pm.

Boys Golf Tryouts – 2023
The fall boys golf season will begin on August 7 & 8, 2023. Tryouts will be 18 holes of play beginning at 11:00am on August 7th, and 12:00 pm on August 8th at Emeis Golf Course. Golf attire is required, no gym shorts, tee shirts, or jeans are allowed. In order to tryout, you will need to send Coach Laake the following information no later than July 2.

Scholarships and Tuition Assistance Updates
Assumption has several endowed scholarships that are granted each year in late May. Due to the implementation of ESA (Education Savings Account) funding, scholarship awards have been temporarily put on hold. Notification emails will be sent to the winning scholarship recipients in late July/early August after we receive notification from the state on who will be receiving ESA funding.
Families who have applied for ESA funds and were denied, are encouraged to complete our Family Tuition Plan (FTP) application at the following link Family Tuition Plan Application
